Dear JessicaThank you for sharing your experience at MainStay Suites Williamstown. I am disappointed to read here that your stay was not as you expected. I myself was personally on the front desk when you called to ask for a later check-out, (11am was agreed at this time) & on your departure when you handed your key back to me. You didn't mention anything at that time of your concerns, however your partner mentioned wanting to knock someone block off as you both left. The restaurant on-site is a separate business that that we work with as best as possible to eliminate any concern should they arise, unfortunately we cannot always control one's behavior as they are leaving the premises as to that person leaving that evening that you heard over the phone. Our Reception closes at 9pm on a Thursday evening, If you would like to let me know who you may have spoken too after this time, I can follow up further.
